Information collected

Information you provide includes questions entered in the website chat and messages sent when you contact Elijah. The website and its hosting and analytics services may collect technical information, such as IP addresses, browser details, and page usage, to operate and protect the site and understand traffic.

Connected tools access Google data only with your authorization. Depending on the permissions you grant, this can include messages and attachments, contacts, calendars, files, tasks, form responses, coursework, and account information. The website chat does not connect to your Google account.

Connected tools may also store account connection details, conversations, task results, saved preferences, and logs.

How information is used

Information is used to answer questions, respond to messages, carry out requested tasks, and keep the services running. Authorized Google data may be searched, summarized, or updated when needed for a task you request.

Service providers

Website chat questions and information needed for requested tasks may be sent to third-party AI providers to generate responses. For connected tools, this may include authorized Google data needed for the task. Hosting and analytics providers also process information needed to operate the website.

Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google data must not be sold, used for advertising, or used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine-learning models.

How long information is kept

Records from connected tools are kept until deleted. Service providers may also retain information under their own policies and settings.

Your choices and contact

You can revoke Google access through Google Account third-party connections. Revoking access stops future access through that connection, but does not delete information already stored.
